Where are my orders?

I Placed An Order But Did Not Receive An Order Confirmation.

There are several reasons why you may not have received an order confirmation.

You may have entered your email address incorrectly.

Please check your spam folder. Your order confirmation may have been filtered as spam.

The ordering process may not have been completed correctly.

In addition to all of the above, if you have not received an email from us after placing your order, please contact our customer service via the contact form below. Please use the “Order confirmation not received” option as subject With this, our dedicated customer support team will ensure that your order is complete.

Can I change my address?

If your order has not been shipped from our warehouse, you can change and correct your shipping address. Please contact our customer service via the contact form which can be found below using the subject line “Change of Address”. This will change your shipping address. You cannot change the shipping address if your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may be made even if the order has not been processed. However, there are many cases where this change is not possible because the order is generally shipped within 24 hours of packaging after receiving the order.

Can I change my order?

If your order has not yet been delivered to the logistic company, you can cancel your order and get a refund. Please use the contact form with the subject “Cancel Order” and provide your order number. You can then simply place a new order to effectively change it.

How much is the shipping cost?

We ship for free by using UPS, and do not charge any shipping fees.

Shipping time is 5-9 business days.

Returns and Claims

How do I return my package?

Within 12 business days from the delivery date of your order (determined by the tracking number provided), customers who are not satisfied may return the product for a refund or exchange. Contact customer support and explain why you would like to return the product, and our support team can send you further explanation.

How long does it take to process a refund?

We will refund you for any returned product within 14 natural days of receiving the product to your return address. However, we only accept returns if they are returned unused, undamaged and unopened. Refunds may take up to 5 natural days to be credited to your bank account after processing.
