Return Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances change and we may need to return your order. That’s why we’ve set up a return policy for you.

You may return products purchased from us within 30 days of receiving them for a refund, replacement or store credit for future purchases if:

(a) you received a product with damaged or contaminated packaging;

(b) you have received defective or defective products;

(c) you have received the wrong product;

(d) You have changed your mind and wish to return an unused or opened product.

We offer a return policy of … days for products purchased from this website. If you purchased the product from another seller, please refer to the site of purchase for returns as returns may be subject to the seller’s policies over which we have no control.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Steps to return a product

Step 1 – Within … days after you receive your order, contact our customer support team by filling out the contact form here. Provide customer support with your full name, email and order number, and briefly explain why you would like to return the product.

Step 2 – Our customer support team will respond to your inquiry within 3 business days and if your return request meets the conditions set forth in this Return Policy and Terms of Service, our customer support team will provide a link to the return form do. After providing all required information, we will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number and return address.

Step #3 – Repack the product safely and securely, affix the provided RMA form to a prominent place on the package, and send the returned product to the return address provided by our customer support team. Returns can only be accepted if an RMA number is attached and sent to the specified return address.
Non-defective items must be returned in unused manufacturer’s condition and in original, undamaged packaging. In the case of a defective product, please contact customer service before returning it.

Step 4 – Send us the tracking number of your return parcel and a unique return link. Return shipping costs are not refundable or reimbursed. Please use registered mail or other trackable shipping methods and remember to provide your tracking number, as returns without a tracking number may be rejected by our warehouse.

Step 5 – Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund within 14 days. We do not reimburse returned shipping charges. After your refund has been processed, it usually takes up to 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method used to pay for the order.
